As your Property Manager, we are duty bound to ensure you are aware of the unique risk exposures you face as a landlord.

These risks include unexpected losses in rental income, and damage caused to your property by tenants. We are also duty bound to ensure you are aware of the availability of Landlord Protection Insurance to protect these risks.

Should you wish not to obtain landlord insurance, we will require you to complete a form stating that we have fulfilled our duty and informed you of the risks associated with that decision.
