‘hands-on’ director
When you call Vasile Property, the owner and director, Breanna answers the phone on most occasions. You will deal with me for everything so you can rest assured at every step of the way that nothing is missed or miscommunicated.

Property management focused
Vasile Property isn’t a typical real estate sales business with a property management department. We are a property management business and that is the only focus.
Exclusivity
Our portfolio is capped in size.
I have a small and manageable portfolio. I only take properties on board where my values and goals are in line with the property owners’ and i feel that i can do so without affecting the service delivery to existing clients.
7 day inspections
Multiple Inspections throughout the week and Sunday inspections by appointment on vacant properties to keep vacancy rates low. You will get emails at 6am - or even 8pm - We work a flexible work week to fit in with customer needs as well as family commitments.
Live tours/open homes via our powerful social media platforms
For those prospective tenants who just can’t make it - we will book a personal video tour through the property.
Premium advertising
I approach every Rental advertisement with the same level of attention to detail as a Sales Campaign. To achieve high rental returns requires an adequate advertising budget. I believe in delivering only excellent marketing for properties for lease and making sure the property is shown to its full potential.
Preventative maintenance and improvements
I will report on recommended preventative maintenance identified during any routine inspection to hopefully be able to address the issue before the need arises for rectification maintenance.
I will also report to you on any recommended improvements to maintain a good standard of living to your tenants or to increase the value of your property.
The ‘Vasile Property Extra Mile - Service Inclusions’
Another thing you need to check your fine print for is referral commissions or fees for coordinating maintenance.
Most agencies will charge their landlords up to 15% on any maintenance or improvements arranged for them.
I don’t believe in this practice. We charge NO FEES or commissions to coordinate repairs, maintenance, improvements, renovations. This is all part of the job and we love helping our owners with these tasks. I have experience in coordinating renovations and improvements for landlords – FOR FREE. We want to be your property partner and help you achieve the best return on your investments.
We also charge no inspection fees or statement fees!
